Following her assault on Dana Brooke and multiple referees on Monday Night RAW, Ronda Rousey has been “fined” by the WWE for an undisclosed sum of money for what the company is deeming, “unprofessional actions”.
The official statement reads:
“Ronda Rousey has been fined by WWE as a result of her unprofessional actions last Monday night on Raw. Due to the confidentiality of Rousey’s contract, the amount of the fine will not be disclosed. Appropriate action has been taken.”
The fine is part of a storyline that has seen WWE establish Rousey as a heel ahead of her Triple Threat title defense against Becky Lynch and Charlotte Flair at WrestleMania 35 on April 7.
